Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and drive business growth in KSA.
- Build and manage distributor network and key accounts.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing; monitor market trends.
- Support product launches with technical teams.
- Report sales, forecasts, and inventory to HQ.
Requirements
- 8-10 years in specialty chemicals sales (coatings, inks, adhesives, sealants).
- Experience with key accounts and mid / small customers in KSA.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time.
