Sales Manager( Clinic)

We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales operations . The ideal candidate will bring 8–10 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably within the aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or healthcare sectors. This role requires strong leadership, business development expertise, and the ability to build and maintain high-value client relationships. (Bilingual in Arabic & English is preferred but not mandatory.)

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth and clinic targets.

* Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to deliver exceptional client service and maximize conversion rates.

* Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and referral channels.* Conduct client consultations, promoting suitable treatments and packages tailored to their needs.

* Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that generate leads and strengthen brand positioning.

* Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to refine strategies.* Oversee client relationship management to ensure high satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.

* Deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and business insights to senior management.

Requirements:* Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in sales management (aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry preferred).

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

* Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

Client-centric with the ability to handle VIP clientele.*

Bilingual (Arabic & English) is an advantage but not mandatory.

Preferred Skills:

* In-depth knowledge of aesthetic and cosmetic treatments, skincare, or beauty services.

* Experience with CRM systems and sales performance tools.

* Strong business acumen with strategic thinking capability.
