Sales Manager (Construction)

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in the contracting or construction sector
• Good command of Arabic language (spoken & written)
• Valid UAE Driving License
• A total of 5+ years of sales experience in the contracting/construction field
• Proven sales track record and ability to meet targets
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage client accounts and build new business opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure client satisfaction
