Job role

Metropolitan is entering a new growth phase, and we are looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to strengthen our developer project positioning and revenue performance in the Dubai market.


This is a strategic, business-facing position with direct impact on launches, inventory access, sales execution, and long-term developer relationships.


What you will be responsible for:

  • Building and strengthening strategic relationships with developers
  • Securing and positioning exclusive inventory for launches
  • Training and equipping agents with clear project USPs, objection handling, and market insights
  • Acting as the key liaison between developers and internal Sales teams
  • Working closely with Heads of Sales (Secondary & Off-Plan)
  • Coordinating with Sales Operations on pipeline performance
  • Aligning with Marketing campaigns
  • Monitoring KPIs, preparing structured performance reports, and sales forecasts
  • Conducting ongoing market and competitor analysis


What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience within Dubai real estate, working directly with developers (must-have)
  • 4–7 years of experience in Business Development, Brand Management, or Commercial Strategy
  • Clear understanding of sales pipeline dynamics and performance metrics
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Developer teams
  • Strong commercial mindset with revenue-oriented thinking
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
