About the Role
We are hiring a Sales Manager for our client who is a leading School ERP and EdTech solutions provider with proven expertise in selling School ERP solutions to K12 institutions. The ideal candidate will have strong connections across schools in Karnataka and the ability to expand into other regions. This role is perfect for someone who is results-driven, relationship-focused, and passionate about driving EdTech adoption in schools.

What You’ll Do

  • Acquire new K12 school clients for ERP solutions.
  • Build & maintain relationships with principals, management & key decision-makers.
  • Deliver impactful product demos & solution presentations.
  • Achieve revenue targets through effective pipeline & deal closures.
  • Track market trends & competitor activity to provide feedback to the product team.
  • Ensure smooth client onboarding in collaboration with internal teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • Graduate (MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory).
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience selling School ERP solutions to K12 schools.
  • Strong network in Karnataka (pan-India reach is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, target-focused, and comfortable with extensive travel.

Compensation
Fixed Salary + Performance-based Incentives
