Sales Manager – Experiential & Event Solutions

Nexturn is not a traditional events company.
We design high-impact experiential platforms across corporate events, pharmaceutical launches, exhibition stands, AI-powered event tech, conferences, and large-scale brand activations across the GCC.

We are looking for a high-caliber Sales Manager with a proven track record in closing high-value deals within the events and exhibition industry in Dubai and the wider UAE market.

This is not an admin sales role.
This is for a closer. A relationship builder. A revenue driver.

Your Mission

Drive new business growth for Nexturn across:

  • Corporate Events & Conferences
  • Exhibition Stands & Trade Shows
  • Pharma & Healthcare Summits
  • Government & Vision-driven Events
  • AI & Event-Tech Solutions (Quantex AI)
  • Creative Content & Brand Experiences (Hive Innovation)

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Background

  • Minimum 7–10+ years experience in event sales / exhibition stand sales / experiential marketing sales in UAE
  • Strong exposure to Dubai & GCC market
  • Existing relationships with:
  • Marketing Directors
  • Brand Managers
  • Procurement Teams
  • Pharma KOL stakeholders
  • Government entities
  • Corporate decision-makers
  • Proven experience closing projects ranging from AED 500K to multi-million AED budgets

Skills & Competencies

  • Elite negotiation skills
  • Strong closing ability (hunter mentality)
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Strong presentation and pitch capability
  • Ability to build strategic partnerships, not just sell projects
  • Commercial mindset with deep margin awareness
  • Confident in high-level client meetings
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, accountable
  • Able to build and manage sales pipeline independently
  • Strong CRM discipline and reporting

Performance Expectations

  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Build a strong qualified pipeline within first 90 days
  • Close high-margin projects aligned with Nexturn positioning
  • Open doors to new verticals and strategic accounts
  • Maintain strong client retention and repeat business
