We are looking for a seasoned Sales/Senior Sales Manager-Fire Fighting for Dubai location and the details are as follows.


ROLE PURPOSE

To promote and sell fire fighting products and services within an assigned geographic area or list of customers to achieve significant sales targets.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Plan, direct, and coordinate sales activities to drive revenue growth and profitability in alignment with Sales objectives
  • Articulate company's value proposition to the customer/Clients.
  • Drives efforts to expand and grow the company's market share and presence through the establishment and cultivation of ongoing relationships.
  • Targets potential leads and pursues, plans and selects the most appropriate sales strategies and approaches .
  • Assists the pursuit team in drafting and positioning deals and closing.
  • Shares industry, deal, and sales best practice knowledge with the sales community.
  • Responsible for managing demand and quickly qualifying opportunities.
  • Explores and grows the client account list, deals with incoming leads and ending sales, and initiates an action plan to advance and procure new business for the company.
  • Works collaboratively with all sales teams and territories to ensure maximum reach.
  • Coordinating with all internal departments of the company to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Constantly update opportunities on the CRM thus allowing accurate forecasting.
  • Provide end-to-end pre-sales support for new business and add-on pursuits, thereby meeting the pursuit submission timelines.
  • Project manages the bid plan, including but not limited to compilation of proposal contents, solution creation and finalization, costing and pricing, and delivery of proposals in line with guidelines provided.
  • Quality control of proposal content, solution, costing, and pricing components in proposals that are delivered to clients and ensure they are in line with the client’s requirements, sales strategy and business goals.
  • Prepare supporting client presentations and client workshops in support of deal closure.
  • Build proposal development best practices.
