Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with strong experience in acoustic solutions and architectural fit-out products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, project-based sales, and client relationship management within the UAE construction or interior design sector.

This role requires regular client meetings and site visits, therefore a valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales function for acoustic and architectural products across the UAE market.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve company targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, project tracking, and client networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
  • Conduct client presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations.
  • Participate in tender submissions and project negotiations.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new materials.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 15+ years of sales experience in acoustic solutions, architectural products, or interior fit-out within the UAE market.
  • Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
  • Strong professional network within the architecture, design, and construction industry.
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead sales initiatives.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with acoustic systems, partitions, wall and ceiling solutions, or related architectural products.
  • Good understanding of BOQs, tender documentation, and project specifications.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
