Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with in-depth knowledge of the flooring industry and related market fields. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in achieving high sales targets, developing client relationships, and driving business growth. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and the ability to analyze market trends to maximize sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the flooring and related market sectors.
- Identify, pursue, and manage new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure effective promotion and delivery of products.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the flooring, construction, or interior solutions sector.
- Strong knowledge of flooring products, market dynamics, and customer needs.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding high sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends, develop strategies, and implement solutions effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
