Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of proven experience in Sales Management, specifically in the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Ability to analyze the market and develop strategic sales plans.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet performance targets.
• Monitor market trends and analyze sales reports and competitors.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns.
• Ensure adherence to pricing policies and contract terms.
• Provide regular performance reports to senior management.
