Position Overview

The Sales Manager will lead the sales department, strategize and execute sales plans, manage the sales team, and drive showroom revenue growth. This position demands a dynamic leader with strong sales acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to foster a customer-centric culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve showroom targets and business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and prepare detailed sales reports for senior management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, architects, interior designers, and corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing, visual merchandising, and operations teams to enhance the showroom experience and promotional activities.
  • Oversee customer service standards, ensuring a superior shopping experience that aligns with Enza Home’s brand values.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
  • Manage budgets, sales forecasting, and resource allocation effectively.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure prompt resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the sales team and processes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
  • Minimum 6–8 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in the furniture, home décor, or lifestyle industry.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent customer relationship management and strategic planning abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and sales analytics tools.
