Sales Manager - Generator Industry

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and business development for technical product (Diesel Generators).
  • Identify and engage new customers and projects, expanding the companys market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, MBA, or a related field.
  • Experience: Technical product sales experience in the corporate sector (Generators, UPS, Lifts, DB Panels).

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong sales and business development skills
  • Proficient in digital marketing and communication
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Customer-focused with strong negotiation and presentation skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in technical product sales within the corporate sector.
  • Comfortable with on-site work and meeting clients regularly.

Compensation & Benefits:
-Salary Range: PKR 70,000 – 80,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
-Additional Benefits: Fuel allowance

Languages:
Fluent in Urdu and English.

Notice Period: 1 month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
