Sales Manager (Heavy Machinery)

Islamabad, Pakistan

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in heavy machinery sales, strong market knowledge, and the ability to drive results through effective team management.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the sales deals across Pakistan.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed the annual sales targets in Pakistan.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and negotiate high-value contracts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.


Requirements:


  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in heavy machinery within the Pakistan market.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills.
  • Valid driving license is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel within Pakistan.
