Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished and results-oriented Sales Manager – Home Automation (Project Sales) to lead and grow project-based sales of smart home and automation solutions across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the construction and real estate ecosystem, solid technical understanding of automation technologies, and proven ability to close high-value projects by engaging with developers, consultants, contractors, and integrators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for home automation solutions (lighting, HVAC, AV, security, shading, etc.) for large residential and commercial projects.
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities through established relationships with developers, MEP consultants, contractors, and architects.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — lead generation, client engagement, technical presentations, proposal preparation, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Work closely with design/technical teams to deliver tailored and value-engineered automation solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs consistently.
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and identify emerging trends to support strategic positioning.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports for management review.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 10–15 years of proven project sales experience in home automation, ELV, smart systems, or building technologies within the UAE.
  • Strong networking and client relationships with developers, consultants, and contractors.
  • Technical familiarity with smart home platforms such as KNX, Lutron, Control4, Crestron, etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to manage complex sales cycles.
  • Valid UAE Driving License (own vehicle preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
