Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager – Home Automation (Project Sales) to lead and expand project-based sales of smart home and automation solutions across the UAE.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong professional network within the construction, real estate, and design sectors, along with a proven track record of securing large-scale residential and commercial projects. This role requires a strategic professional capable of building long-term client relationships and consistently driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote smart home and automation systems, including lighting control, HVAC integration, audio-visual systems, security, and automated shading solutions.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through established networks with developers, MEP consultants, contractors, architects, and interior designers.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, technical presentations, proposal preparation, negotiations, and contract closure.
  • Collaborate with design and technical teams to develop customized solutions and project proposals.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.
  • Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and key decision-makers.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s Degree is an advantage).
  • 10–15 years of proven project sales experience in home automation, ELV, smart home technologies, or building automation systems within the UAE market.
  • Strong client base and well-established network among real estate developers, consultants, contractors, and architects.
  • Solid technical knowledge of leading smart home platforms such as KNX, Lutron, Control4, Crestron, Savant, or similar systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage complex project sales cycles.
  • Valid UAE Driving License (own car preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
