Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives, building strong client relationships, and promoting our hotel's services and offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, event planners, and other relevant partners.
• Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiate and finalise contracts with clients, ensuring they align with the hotel's policies and profitability goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing plans to support sales efforts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to make informed sales decisions.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the executive team.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve their sales goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the hotel industry.
• Strong knowledge of hotel products, services, and the local market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Leadership and team management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
