Sales Manager – Inbound/Outbound Call Centre

The Sales Manager (Inbound/Outbound Call Centre) is responsible for managing, supervising, and driving the performance of a team handling inbound and outbound sales calls for the USA and UK markets. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to ensure sales targets are achieved while maintaining exceptional customer experience and operational efficiency.

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team (inbound & outbound) to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, scripts, and call handling procedures to maximize conversions.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the call centre sales team to ensure efficiency and performance.
  • Monitor live calls, provide feedback, and conduct regular coaching sessions to improve quality and closing rates.
  • Manage inbound leads efficiently and ensure timely follow-ups on outbound leads.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to align campaigns and improve lead generation and conversion.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports highlighting achievements, challenges, and corrective actions.
  • Ensure consistent communication standards, professionalism, and customer satisfaction across all calls.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, promotions, and competitor offerings.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and data protection regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
