Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Track regional market trends and adapt strategies for competitive advantage.
- Lead, guide, and evaluate the sales team to ensure performance excellence.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
- Address escalated client concerns promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary contact for strategic accounts in the region.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Share market insights to support product development and marketing strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Resource Management
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align regional objectives.
- Manage and optimize the regional sales budget, including travel and promotional spends.
- Allocate resources efficiently to maximize sales and customer engagement.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record as a Sales Manager or in a leadership sales role.
- Strong knowledge of sales strategies, practices, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
- Industry-specific experience and familiarity with regional markets preferred.
- Goal-driven, result-oriented, and adept in English, regional language(s), and computer applications.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
