Sales Manager - Industrial Automation

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Track regional market trends and adapt strategies for competitive advantage.
  • Lead, guide, and evaluate the sales team to ensure performance excellence.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and strengthen relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
  • Address escalated client concerns promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary contact for strategic accounts in the region.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
  • Share market insights to support product development and marketing strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Resource Management

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align regional objectives.
  • Manage and optimize the regional sales budget, including travel and promotional spends.
  • Allocate resources efficiently to maximize sales and customer engagement.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record as a Sales Manager or in a leadership sales role.
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies, practices, and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
  • Industry-specific experience and familiarity with regional markets preferred.
  • Goal-driven, result-oriented, and adept in English, regional language(s), and computer applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
