Sales Manager - Ladies Fitness Club

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve both individual and team membership targets.

  • Conduct regular team training sessions to enhance sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.

  • Monitor sales performance, set KPIs, and analyze data to identify growth opportunities.

  • Manage staff performance, conduct evaluations, and report directly to senior management.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.

  • Oversee sales activities to ensure alignment with overall business goals.

  • Collaborate with marketing on promotions, campaigns, and lead-generation activities.

  • Ensure the sales team delivers a personalized, high-quality experience to all prospects and members.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and memberships in the CRM system.

  • Promote the clubs brand values, culture, and service standards in all interactions.
