Sales Manager ( LLC)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales professional to join our team as an LLC Sales Representative at Vcfiling. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably in the business registration or corporate services industry, with a deep understanding of LLC formation and related services.

Job Timing: 12pm to 8pm Monday to saturday

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients interested in LLC formation and business registration services.
• Provide expert consultation to clients, guiding them through the LLC formation process and addressing their specific needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
• Stay updated on state-specific regulations and requirements for LLC formation across all 50 states.
• Prepare and present customized proposals to clients based on their business needs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the business services or legal documentation sector.
• Strong knowledge of LLC formation, business registration, and related processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
