Sales Manager (Luxury Beach Clubs & Hospitality Events)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in luxury beach clubs, high-profile hospitality events, and entertainment venues, with a strong track record of securing large-scale functions, building strategic client relationships, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for the club.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and partners across Qatar and the UAE.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, including entertainment bookings, corporate events, and private functions.
• Lead negotiations, prepare contracts, and manage follow-ups to ensure profitability.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth event execution and client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.
• Provide accurate reports, forecasts, and performance insights to management.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–6 years of proven sales experience in luxury beach clubs, entertainment, and hospitality events.
• Strong knowledge of the Qatar and UAE lifestyle and entertainment markets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Arabic or Russian language skills are an added advantage.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
