Sales Manager (Off-Plan)

The Recruitment Blueprint is partnering with a growing, well-branded real estate agency headquartered in Dubai to identify an experienced Sales Manager (Off-Plan) to lead their off-plan division.


The successful candidate will be responsible for managing performance, developing teams, and implementing structure within a high-growth, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop an off-plan sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Oversee project strategy, launch preparation, and developer coordination.
  • Implement effective sales processes and performance-tracking frameworks.
  • Liaise directly with senior management to drive business growth and operational excellence.


Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience managing off-plan sales teams within the Dubai real estate market.
  • Proven record of achieving and exceeding team sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai’s off-plan market and established developer relationships.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to scale teams and optimise structure.
