Position Summary:

Mugshei Company is seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth across target markets. This role will focus on developing strategic partnerships, expanding the customer base, and promoting Mugshei’s range of advanced packaging solutions. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the packaging industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed company revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and emerging markets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and goal achievement.
  • Collaborate with the product development and operations teams to deliver customer-specific packaging solutions.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to adapt sales strategies.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
  • Represent Mugshei at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Packaging Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the packaging industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of packaging products, materials, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in flexible packaging, rigid containers, or sustainable packaging solutions.
  • Knowledge of international markets and export sales (if applicable).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
