Sales Manager – Packaging Solutions

Location: Dubai

Minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in the packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the packaging sector.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve monthly sales targets ranging from 100,000 to 500,000 AED.

• Promote and sell our range of packaging solutions to restaurants and other businesses.

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in the packaging industry.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating past sales achievements is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

• 2% commission on sales.

• Monthly fuel allowance.

• Visa sponsorship provided by the company (or own visa is fine).

• Medical insurance coverage.if on our visa
