Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through networking and follow-ups
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
  • Ensure sales processes are followed for maximum efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Report sales performance and forecasts to senior management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field
  • 5+ years of proven sales experience (real estate preferred)
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
