Sales Manager – Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of property consultants to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Monitor daily performance and provide coaching to improve productivity and closing ratios.
  • Maintain strong relationships with developers and ensure access to premium project inventory.
  • Manage and analyze sales reports, KPIs, and conversion data to identify improvement areas.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, training, and sales briefings.
  • Coordinate with marketing for lead generation campaigns and ensure proper follow-up.
  • Handle key clients, close high-value deals, and assist agents in complex negotiations.
  • Ensure the team’s compliance with RERA and company policies.
  • Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of sales agents.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
