As the company expands its sales operations, we are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Sales Manager to lead and scale a performance-driven sales division focused on the Abu Dhabi market.

This position represents a senior leadership opportunity for a professional with strong local market knowledge, established investor relationships, and proven experience managing successful real estate sales teams.

Candidates with extensive experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate sector will be given strong priority.

Role Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing the company’s sales operations in Abu Dhabi while implementing structured strategies designed to drive measurable revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong performance record within the Abu Dhabi property market, including experience working with investor portfolios, high-net-worth clients, and international buyers.

Applicants without verified leadership experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate sector will not be considered for this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing real estate sales team
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans based on market data and analytics
  • Conduct Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to identify investment opportunities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, and key industry stakeholders
  • Implement targeted acquisition strategies for both local and international clients
  • Monitor market trends, supply-demand dynamics, and economic indicators to guide pricing and positioning
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from prospecting through transaction closing
  • Work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and market penetration

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 + years of real estate sales leadership experience in Abu Dhabi (mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s property market, developers, and project landscape
  • Established investor network and active industry relationships
  • Demonstrated experience working with high-net-worth and international investors
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are advantageous)
  • UAE driving license preferred
  • International certifications such as CIPS or CCIM are considered an advantage
