We are looking for full time Real Estate Off-Plan & Secondary Sales Manager
About the Role
Our client, a growing real estate company in Dubai, is looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and mentor a team of sales consultants while driving property sales and leasing across the Dubai real estate market for Off-Plan and Secondary Sales.
This role requires strong leadership, excellent market knowledge, and the ability to manage relationships with high-net-worth clients while maintaining a premium client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of real estate sales consultants to achieve sales targets
- Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals aligned with company objectives
- Oversee CRM updates, sales pipelines, and client follow-ups
- Develop strategies to generate leads through B2C and B2B channels, developer partnerships, and open houses
- Manage relationships with VIP and high-net-worth clients and provide property investment advice
- Drive sales of off-plan and secondary market properties in Dubai
- Ensure a premium client experience aligned with the company’s brand standards
- Represent the company at property exhibitions, open houses, and client meetings
- Coordinate with marketing and HR teams on campaigns, hiring needs, and events
- Provide regular sales performance reports to senior management
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior sales role
- Strong understanding of Dubai’s off-plan and secondary property markets
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Experience using CRM systems for sales tracking and pipeline management
- Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus)
- Charismatic, target-driven professional comfortable working with high-net-worth clients
