Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in UAE real estate. The ideal candidate must come exclusively from a developer-side/Broker side sales environment, with proven experience handling off-plan luxury projects, managing HNWI clients, and consistently meeting ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end sales for premium residential developments, focusing on off-plan and luxury segment properties.
  • Generate new leads through networking, broker relations, digital channels, and direct outreach.
  • Manage and convert qualified leads into successful transactions while maintaining a high closing ratio.
  • Conduct property presentations, site tours, and investment consultations for HNWIs, end-users, and institutional investors.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, channel partners, and strategic stakeholders.
  • Maintain updated client records using CRM systems and ensure all customer interactions are documented.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to support project launches, events, and promotional campaigns.
  • Provide competitor analysis, market insights, and pricing feedback to management for strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, RERA guidelines, and all regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Real estate sales with minimum 2–3+ years of sales experience in UAE real estate.
  • Proven record in closing high-ticket off-plan sales and achieving aggressive revenue targets.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE/AUH ’s luxury property market, buyer profiles, investment trends, and payment plan structures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients, follow up consistently, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office; multilingual skills are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
