JOB SUMMARY:
We are hiring for an emerging and rapidly growing Dubai-headquartered private property developer, with active operations in Karachi, seeking a high-caliber Sales Manager to lead the commercial launch and ongoing sales of premium high-rise landmark developments in Clifton, Karachi.
The role is based in Karachi, with regular engagement with overseas investors and stakeholders, ensuring cross-border alignment of sales strategy, marketing execution, and investor relations.
The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of launching and selling high-rise real estate projects, particularly within Clifton and DHA, along with deep market intelligence, strong broker networks, and the ability to design and execute high-impact sales strategies. This role requires a strategic yet hands-on sales leader who can drive revenue, scale teams, strengthen brand presence, and deliver measurable ROI.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and execute the end-to-end sales strategy for high-rise residential projects, ensuring achievement of revenue and absorption targets.
- Drive property sales by engaging with local and overseas investors, end-users, HNIs, brokers, and channel partners.
- Oversee the entire sales lifecycle, including lead generation, prospecting, client presentations, negotiations, bookings, and deal closures.
- Manage and mentor the sales team, including telesales and on-ground sales executives, ensuring productivity, discipline, and performance excellence.
- Define sales targets, KPIs, and incentive structures; monitor performance through regular reporting and pipeline reviews.
- Coordinate closely with the marketing team to plan and execute digital campaigns, property launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and sales events.
- Develop and expand broker and channel partner networks to maximize market penetration and sales velocity.
- Ensure professional handling of walk-in, digital, referral, and overseas leads, maintaining high standards of customer engagement.
- Utilize CRM systems to ensure accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and present detailed project information including pricing strategies, payment plans, ROI analysis, and investment propositions.
- Oversee post-sales coordination, including documentation, payment schedules, handover processes, and customer satisfaction.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, pricing movements, and emerging opportunities to refine sales strategy.
- Represent the organization in client meetings, investor discussions, and strategic partnerships, reinforcing brand credibility.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Qualification: Master's or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Experience:
- Minimum 8 to 12 years of progressive experience in real estate or property sales, with at least 3 to 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven success in launching and selling high-rise residential or mixed-use developments.
- Strong exposure to Clifton and DHA real estate markets is essential.
- Experience dealing with overseas investors and premium clientele will be a strong advantage.
Technical Proficiency:
- Strong command of CRM platforms (Privyr, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), digital lead-generation tools, and MS Office.
- Ability to analyze sales data, forecasts, and conversion metrics to drive informed decisions.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Urdu.
- Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset.
- Confident leader with the ability to motivate, coach, and scale sales teams.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
