Sales Manager – Shop Fittings (GCC)

About Us

Bernardi Group is a European leader in retail infrastructure and shopfitting solutions, including shelving systems, high racks, checkouts, and custom store fixtures. We are expanding across the Middle East and seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth and partnerships in the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies across GCC markets
• Identify, approach, and manage retail and distribution partners
• Conduct market visits and competitor analysis
• Work closely with internal teams (product, logistics, finance) to deliver client solutions

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in retail solutions, shopfitting, or store fixtures
• Strong network of retail procurement managers and distributors across the GCC
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Valid UAE Driving License (preferred)
• Willingness to travel throughout the region

Compensation

Commission-Based Role — earnings are based on performance and sales results.
