Position: Sales Manager Software and Custom Solutions

Location: Remote / College Road, Township, Lahore
Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (MST – USA Time Zone)

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development initiatives for our software development and custom technology solutions. The primary focus of this role is to identify new market opportunities, generate qualified leads, manage the end-to-end sales process, and collaborate closely with technical content writers to strengthen lead generation and conversion strategies.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in B2B IT sales, a strong understanding of custom software services, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities related to software development and custom IT solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects, clients, and strategic partners.
  • Lead and guide a team of technical content writers to create impactful sales materials such as case studies, proposals, whitepapers, blogs, and presentations.
  • Work closely with marketing and technical teams to ensure messaging aligns with client requirements and market positioning.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations, proposals, and solution demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Track industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs to refine sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance tracking metrics.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and relevant industry engagements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within software development, IT services, or custom technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of web, mobile, cloud, and custom software development services.
  • Demonstrated expertise in lead generation, prospecting, and sales pipeline management.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical content writers and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented and target-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling custom software solutions to international clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
  • Knowledge of content-driven sales strategies and inbound lead generation.
  • Previous experience managing or mentoring sales or content teams.
