Sales Manager / Team Leader Position

We’re Hiring! — Sales Manager / Team Leader (Real Estate)

Qualifications:

• Must be able to bring a team of up to 3 sales agents
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the real estate industry (or a related field)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate sales agents
• Set sales goals, monitor performance, and coach the team to meet targets
• Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing plans
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations
• Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
• Report team performance and market insights to senior management
