Sales & Business Development

Identify and track projects with strong sales potential; maintain and update project pipeline monthly.

Conduct technical sales presentations to consultants, and contractors.

Gather client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions with clear value propositions.

Prepare sales quotations in line with pricing policies; seek final approval from Line Manager.

Report weekly on sales activities, project status, and achieved milestones.

Participate in sales meetings to refine sales strategies and coordinate action plans.

Update monthly sales forecasts to support production and inventory planning.
Project Management Responsibilities

Manage assigned projects from specification and approval stage through to delivery and post‑sales support.

Coordinate internally with logistics, technical, and production teams to ensure smooth execution.

Monitor project timelines, client approvals, and technical documentation.

Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely updates, resolving issues, and maintaining service quality.

Prepare project documentation, risk assessments, and progress reports where required.
Market & Client Engagement

Build strong, professional relationships with clients to promote long-term partnerships.

Collect and report market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and upcoming projects.

Support the determination of sales targets and contribute to achieving or exceeding them.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in civil Engineer or relevant field

Minimum 5 years of sales experience in building materials.

Proven experience managing projects in the UAE and GCC region.

Experience working with Chinese clients or suppliers (preferred).

Mandarin Chinese – Required,

English – Excellent proficiency

Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

CRM knowledge and advanced use of Microsoft applications.
