About the Role


We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Manager for Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Oman , a key growth region for Hansgrohe. In this strategic role, the successful candidate will drive market development across premium hollistic bathroom products, strengthen relationships with distributors, project developers, and specification partners, and accelerate the presence of the hansgrohe and AXOR brands in two of the most competitive and design‑driven markets in the Middle East.


Responsibilities


  • Establishing, maintaining and supporting of the Retail, Project and Wholesale Channels where appropriate
  • Manage relationships with key account customers and project clients and promoting the brands and products of Hansgrohe
  • Setting up and manage field sales and service operation for all trade channels in the specified region
  • Establishing and expanding relationships with retail clients to increase POS presentation in the market
  • Conduct site visits and support contractors to ensure highest quality standards
  • Launching product and service information
  • Support in developing brand- and product marketing communication concepts in partnership with the marketing department
  • Market and competition analysis
  • Input in Marketing and Business plan
  • Carry out trainings and seminars
  • CRM and project data management
  • Follow Hansgrohe reporting system


Based in Dubai

Reports directly to the regional sales manager in Dubai


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business administration/mechanical engineering/architecture & design.
  • 3+ years' of sales experience


Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Significant initial experience in promoting and selling second-fix building products or managing professional networks.
  • Experience within an international group’s subsidiary is strongly recommended.
