Sales Manager – Weddings & Event Services

About the Opportunity Element is managing a confidential search for a fast-growing business in the weddings and event services industry.Our client helps couples and families navigate one of the most important milestones of their lives by offering expert support across the wedding journey. The business operates in a space where emotion, urgency, trust, service quality, and conversion discipline all matter at the same time. Publicly available information about Easy Wedding highlights a UAE-based wedding agency focused on helping international and interfaith couples with legal, civil, religious, and ceremonial weddings, supported by planners, coordinators, and sales-oriented team members.

This role is for a hands-on Sales Manager who can build structure, coach a team, improve conversion, and stay actively involved in selling. It is designed for someone who understands that this is not transactional retail sales and not corporate account management. It is consultative B2C sales in a deeply personal category.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Team Leadership

  • Lead and coach a local sales team, initially a small team of 2–5 people
  • Build a high-performance culture around responsiveness, empathy, follow-through, and conversion
  • Set clear expectations on daily sales rhythm, quality of customer interaction, and results

Consultative B2C Sales

  • Support the team in engaging with couples and families who are planning weddings or arranging marriages
  • Guide customers through options, packages, timelines, and next steps with confidence and sensitivity
  • Stay actively involved in selling, especially in the early growth stage and for high-value or complex opportunities

Sales Process & Conversion Discipline

  • Implement structured sales standards, CRM discipline, lead tracking, and forecasting
  • Improve speed-to-lead, follow-up quality, conversion ratios, and pipeline visibility
  • Build processes that bring consistency without making the customer journey feel robotic

Pre-Sales Team Development

  • Hire, manage, and scale a remote pre-sales team
  • Improve lead qualification, appointment setting, and handover quality to sales
  • Ensure the sales team receives better-prepared, higher-intent opportunities

Partnerships & Referral Development

  • Develop referral and partner relationships that support customer acquisition
  • Build commercially useful relationships within adjacent wedding and event ecosystems
  • Support growth through structured collaboration channels, not just ad hoc networking

Founder & Business Collaboration

  • Work closely with founders or senior leadership to shape sales strategy
  • Bring practical recommendations on team design, hiring, scripts, workflows, and performance management
  • Help build a sales function that can scale without losing warmth or credibility

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who has earned leadership through performance.

  • A track record as a top-performing salesperson
  • Experience managing small, agile sales teams
  • Strong coaching, hiring, and structuring capability
  • Comfort working closely with founders or entrepreneurial leadership

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
