Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, driving them to exceed quotas and maximize sales performance.
  • Identify and target potential clients, establish negotiations, and close deals to expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities, adjusting sales strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, forecasts, and areas for improvement.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role within a sales department.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and developing sales teams.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Experience with sales software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
