Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote and sell high-end real estate properties in Dubai
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service throughout the buying/selling process
  • Conduct property viewings and guide clients through their investment journey
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, broker partnerships, and market outreach
  • Understand clients’ requirements and recommend properties that best match their needs and preferences

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated success in Dubai’s real estate market, with solid local market knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal and sales skills, with the ability to close deals confidently
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by performance targets
  • Multilingual candidates are highly preferred – especially those fluent in

Arabic, Russian, Turkish, Italian, German, Chinese, Farsi, Spanish, or French
