We're Hiring: Sales Manager/Sales Executive/Sr. Sales Executive

We are looking for a Sales Executive/Sr. Sales Executive with a strong background in Shipping & Logistics, specifically in NVOCC and Freight Forwarding Operations.

Salary: as per industry norms, and no bar for right candidate.

Experience Required:

· 3–6 years of sales experience in liner shipping, vessel chartering, NVOCC or freight forwarding and logistics.

· Strong understanding of shipping operations, container trade, and charter party agreements.

· Strong coordination and negotiation skills.

· Knowledge of trade, Incoterms, and shipping documentation.

· Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

· Fluent in English (regional language an advantage).

Requirements:

· Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Shipping, or Logistics OR experience in relatable sector.

· Located in Dubai, OR willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop new business in liner shipping and container logistics.

· Manage existing client relationships and ensure service excellence.

· Negotiate rates, contracts, and agreements with customers.

· Achieve sales targets (volume, revenue, profitability).

· Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

· Provide sales reports and maintain accurate records.

· Develop new business opportunities in liner shipping, chartering (bulk, break bulk, or project cargo), and international forwarding.

· Maintain and expand a portfolio of shippers, consignees, brokers, and freight forwarders.

· Maintain database with accurate and updated client information, pipeline, and sales activities.

· Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and freight rates to develop a competitive sales strategy.
