Key responsibilities:
- Sales Team Leadership:Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a team of insurance sales agents, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback to achieve sales goals.
- Sales Strategy Development:Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to create and execute comprehensive sales strategies and tactics.
- Sales Goal Setting:Set individual and team sales targets, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed to ensure consistent achievement of sales goals.
- Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and intermediaries to identify new business opportunities and retain existing customers.
- Performance Monitoring:Track sales metrics, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement to optimize sales performance across the team.
- Compliance Management:Ensure all sales activities adhere to industry regulations and company policies regarding compliance and ethical sales practices.
