Sales Manger-Channel Partner Expert

Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel Development & Management:
  • Identify, onboard, and nurture broker/channel partners across the UAE.
  • Build a robust partner ecosystem that delivers consistent and high-quality leads and bookings.
  • Sales Leadership:
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through channel partners.
  • Work closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to align campaign objectives and broker initiatives.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Build strong long-term relationships with top-performing brokers and key influencers in the market.
  • Organize broker meets, incentive schemes, and recognition programs.
  • Performance Monitoring:
  • Track partner performance, maintain sales dashboards, and optimize the broker pipeline.
  • Identify gaps in partner performance and initiate corrective measures.
  • Training & Enablement:
  • Regularly train broker partners on HJ Real Estates' project portfolio, USPs, legal framework, and sales processes.
  • Compliance & Documentation:
  • Ensure all broker agreements, commissions, and compliance protocols are followed.
  • Work with legal and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely partner payouts.
  • Market Intelligence:
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that affect channel sales.
  • Share insights with leadership to inform strategy.
