Aisha Steel Mills Limited, Karachi, is seeking an Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing with at least six years of relevant B2B sales experience. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, conducting market analysis, and strengthening relationships with key customers to drive business growth. The selected candidate will lead a team of four members, coordinate daily sales operations, and work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to identify market opportunities and support marketing initiatives such as seminars and exhibitions.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales targets and develop strategic key B2B accounts.
• Conduct regular market visits, monitor competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
• Submit daily market visit reports to the HOD with key insights and updates.
• Develop and expand new markets for CRC & GP products, focusing on B2B customer segments.
• Guide and support sales executives to achieve departmental sales objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order processing, execution, and dispatch.
• Provide market insights and feedback to strengthen customer relationships and improve supply chain collaboration.
