Job Title: Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales Team in preparing technical and commercial quotations, proposals, and tenders.
  • Coordinate with the Design, Purchase, and Production teams to ensure timely order execution.
  • Communicate with clients regarding order status, delivery schedules, and payment follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and CRM tools.
  • Prepare sales reports, track inquiries, and monitor project progress.
  • Support in generating marketing materials, presentations, and client documentation.
  • Handle purchase orders, sales invoices, and documentation for dispatch and logistics.
  • Follow up with suppliers and vendors for material availability and delivery updates.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and accurate responses.
  • Assist in organizing exhibitions, demos, and client visits as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred: Engineering / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics; or BBA/MBA in Sales/Marketing).
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or inside sales role (preferably in Automation / Industrial Equipment / Engineering sector).

Required Skills -

  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Basic understanding of automation products like PLCs, sensors, control panels, SCADA, and robotics is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
