Job Title: Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Team in preparing technical and commercial quotations, proposals, and tenders.
- Coordinate with the Design, Purchase, and Production teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Communicate with clients regarding order status, delivery schedules, and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and CRM tools.
- Prepare sales reports, track inquiries, and monitor project progress.
- Support in generating marketing materials, presentations, and client documentation.
- Handle purchase orders, sales invoices, and documentation for dispatch and logistics.
- Follow up with suppliers and vendors for material availability and delivery updates.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and accurate responses.
- Assist in organizing exhibitions, demos, and client visits as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred: Engineering / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics; or BBA/MBA in Sales/Marketing).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or inside sales role (preferably in Automation / Industrial Equipment / Engineering sector).
Required Skills -
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Basic understanding of automation products like PLCs, sensors, control panels, SCADA, and robotics is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
