Sales & Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
• Understanding of sales techniques, pipelines, and customer conversion strategies.
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and client needs.
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
• Ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Understanding of branding, market research, and competitor analysis.

Qualifications:

• Should have a Bachelors degree (BBA/MBA)
• 2-3 years' of experience in relevant field
• Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
• Demonstrable track record of over-achieving targets
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
