- Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve revenue goals and increase market share.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to understand market trends, identify new opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and gain insights into customer needs.
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and engage potential customers and clients through various channels, including networking events and online platforms.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients to foster loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Sales Execution: Present and demonstrate products or services, negotiate deals, and close sales to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Marketing & Promotions: Oversee promotional activities, manage marketing campaigns on social media and other platforms, and create engaging content.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to management for strategy optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product development, sales, and other teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and overall business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is often required.
- Experience: Proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or in a similar role.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presentations and client interactions.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data and inform strategies.
- Interpersonal Skills: Good negotiation, sales, and leadership skills.
