Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing activities to promote courses and training programs
• Generate leads through offline and online marketing initiatives
• Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment/lead targets
• Coordinate with the sales and academic teams for campaign execution
• Conduct field marketing activities, institutional visits, and promotional events
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities
• Maintain marketing reports and performance records

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in marketing or business development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven mindset (mandatory)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to take responsibility and meet deadlines
