Job Summary

SuperChef is hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive to grow our presence across retail, HoReCa, and distribution channels. If you are target-driven and passionate about food brands, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Expand retail and distributor network
• Develop HoReCa clients (restaurants, cafes, caterers)
• Execute in-store promotions and brand activations
• Ensure product visibility and availability in market
• Monitor competitors and share market insights

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years experience in FMCG sales (food preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Existing market or HoReCa network is a plus
• Self-driven and target-oriented
• Willing to travel for field work
