Sales & Marketing Executive for Car Workshop

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

  • Lead generation, sales pitch to B2B (companies with fleet) - schedule appointments and meeting and close follow up
  • Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly
  • Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market - participate in events, auto shows, accompany service vans to promote and conduct service workshops in high end localities, outside shopping malls, communities
  • Create awareness about all our services
  • Handle all the leads via website, social media channels, email marketing, telecalls, enquiries etc
  • Any leads generated from social media, ensure to contact them within 5 min
  • Tracking all the leads, follow up and till deal closure
  • Maintain and update customer database daily
  • Provide summary of business performance every month
  • Engage your customers, provide tips on vehicle maintenance.
  • Conduct Quiz and create polls on Instagram to engage and teach your customers about vehicle maintenance.
  • Create coupon and loyalty programs to acknowledge your loyal customers.
  • Use Email, SMS and WhatsApp to engage with customers.
  • Remind customers of their next service visit, share invoices and other service information.
  • Sending promos and festive offers
  • Ask for referrals and reward them for that
  • Meet sales targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
