Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Lucknow & Kanpur

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing business strategies and managing client relationships in Freight Forwarding industry or the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage B2B sales leads for freight forwarding and logistics services.
• Promote Sea Freight, Air Freight, Customs Operations, and other logistics services to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Prepare and share professional quotations, proposals, and presentations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Maintain proper documentation and update daily sales reports.

Requirements:

• Graduate with 2-3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing within the Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry (preferred).
• Good understanding of Sea Freight, Air Freight, Customs Operations, and Logistics Services.
• Strong communication skills – spoken and written English preferred.
• Good email writing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Freshers may also apply if willing to learn and grow in the logistics industry.
