The Sales & Marketing Head will be responsible for leading and developing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth, brand visibility, and market expansion. This role requires a dynamic leader with strong analytical, creative, and communication skills to achieve organizational revenue targets and enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to ensure consistent high performance.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments for growth.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
- Oversee pricing strategies, discount structures, and customer retention plans.
Marketing Strategy & Branding:
- Plan and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns (digital and traditional) to strengthen brand positioning.
- Develop annual marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage brand communications, advertising, and promotional activities.
- Oversee digital marketing, social media presence, and website management.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Foster long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective after-sales service and engagement initiatives.
- Develop CRM strategies to improve client retention and loyalty.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product development, operations, and finance teams to align strategies with business goals.
- Provide insights for product improvement based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5–10 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing, including at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of market research, sales forecasting, and business development.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
